We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 business days of purchase. During peak periods (such as Christmas or major sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, we will contact you directly.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNCOLLECTED ORDERS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at the time of ordering.
Returned due to incorrect address
If an order is returned to us because the address provided
was incorrect or incomplete:
- A re-delivery fee will apply if you wish to have the order
resent.
Uncollected parcels
If your parcel is taken to a post office or collection
point, please collect it within 5 business days.
Uncollected parcels are returned to us, and:
- A re-shipping fee will apply if you want the parcel resent,
or - If you prefer a refund, a $14.95 return fee, plus the
original shipping cost, will be deducted from your refund total.
